Barre classes in Sydney

At William Maslin, our barre classes are dynamic, fun and ever changing.

We know barre is tough, and we know that’s why you love it! So to help you push further and get more out of that barre burn we add our own little spin on the workouts with some Latin and dance basics that will get you moving at the barre in ways you’ve never imagined.

You’ll be having so much fun, you won’t even notice that you’ve gone that little bit further each class.

What is barre?

Barre is a beautiful workout style that combines ballet basics and techniques, traditional pilates and dance. At William Maslin, we add some Latin and Ballroom dance elements, and sometimes hip hop!

Barre challenges your superficial and deep muscles throughout your whole body, so you sculpt and burn fat, in a low impact, fun way.

Who should do barre?

Barre is for anyone ready for a real challenge, mind and body.

You can work at your own pace. We give you variations to suit your level and your needs. So it’s truly a workout for everyone.
